Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

Eligibility depends on how far the engagement has progressed:

• Before work begins. If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
• Once work has commenced. If work has already started, refunds are pro-rata: we retain the value of the work delivered to date (including completed milestones, design, research, and development effort) and refund the remaining, unearned balance.
• Training and workshops. For training cohorts you may cancel for a full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the cohort start date; a 50% refund applies for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date; no refund is available once the cohort has started or access has been granted.

2. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Software or deliverables that have been completed and handed over.
• Third-party license fees, subscriptions, or pass-through costs that we have already incurred on your behalf.
• Custom work that has already been performed.
• Downloadable, issued, or otherwise delivered materials, including training resources you have already accessed.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@techxtrago.com ↗ with your order number and a brief description of your request. We will review your request against this policy and respond, and where a refund is due we will process it promptly to your original payment method.

4. Currency

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — Nigerian Naira (NGN) or United States Dollars (USD). NGN refunds are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidance. Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund may affect the amount you ultimately receive for cross-currency transactions.
